Founded in 1975 by the Late Pannalal Shaw, Pannalal & Sons was built entirely from scratch. With no prior background in the steel trade, our founder relied on an unyielding work ethic and a commitment to keeping promises.
Originally structured as Pannalal & Tarak Shaw Ispat Pvt Ltd (P.T.S.), the company grew steadily alongside India's rapidly industrializing economy. By consistently delivering the exact chemical compositions and high-end specialty steels required by the forging and automotive sectors, the name Pannalal became synonymous with dependability.
